Prices
All our prices are given in Euros and include V.A.T. as applicable in FRANCE. Prices do not include delivery costs (post and packaging). No additional cost is due except for delivery.
When an order is placed from country within the EU, V.A.T. is due to the exclusion of any customs duty, in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. When an order is placed from a country outside the EU, V.A.T. is not applicable, but the country of residence may impose customs duty on the products ordered.
Text
The first letter in the name or text printed on the dummies must be a capital letter and the rest in small letters. The customer is responsible to make sure the name or text is correctly spelt including apostrophes, accents etc. We do not print symbols, signs etc.
Orders
An order is placed on WWW.EUROBEBE.EU by following these steps:
Step 0: products are selected
Step 1: shopping basket is confirmed
Step 2: name and address are given
Step 3: payment method is chosen
Step 4: order is confirmed
An email will then be sent to you to confirm that your order has been placed.
Payment
On WWW.EUROBEBE.EU you can pay using PayPal, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard or French personal cheques. If you pay with French cheque, it must be in Euro (€) and payable in France. Your order will be sent as soon as we receive the cheque. If we have not received your cheque within 30 days, your order will automatic be cancelled. The cheque must signed and subscribed to EUROBEBE and send to following adress enclosed a print of the order confirmation:

If you pay by credit card, your card details will be sent directly to a SSL server (Secure Socket Layer) and all information exchanged between you and the server will be encrypted.
The total amount of your purchases will be debited from your account once you have finished your order. It is impossible for an amount to be debited that is greater than the amount that you have already approved.
Delivery
All deliveries will be made by the French postal service “La Poste”.
Delivery costs will be added to your order according to prices in force at the time and include a small sum to cover packaging.

Delivery time is the number of days from when your order is placed and when it is dispatched by WWW.EUROBEBE.EU. It is given for information only. After receiving the order confirmation, WWW.EUROBEBE.EU will send the order. The delivery time in
France is within 10 days and in other countries within 15 days. Should any delay arise you will be notified by email and you may cancel or change your order.
Force Majeure
WWW.EUROBEBE.EU can in no way be held responsible if it is unable to deliver the product(s)
ordered due to reasons beyond our control; this applies also in case of fire, flooding, a strike, a lockout, electrical failure, no delivery or delays on the part of our suppliers.
Responsibility concerning the website and service
WWW.EUROBEBE.EU is not able to guarantee that its website will be in service at all times and that and it contains no errors. Errors may appear on the site relating to products and prices. Should there be an error, especially regarding price or delivery costs, we will inform you immediately. Should an error arise, should there be a problem with a delivery or if you have any other questions concerning our terms of sale and delivery please contact our sales team.
Period of retraction
For all products ordered on WWW.EUROBEBE.EU you have a seven day period of retraction. This right of retraction does not apply to any products manufactured or modified to meet your individual requirements, if manufacturing or adaptation of the products has already started. All pacifiers are made to order and there can be no retraction after we have started to manufacture or adapt products.
This period of time starts from the day you receive the products. You must return the products to us in the same condition and quantity as you received them. Your right of retraction does not apply if the product packaging has been opened and if the products have been used so that they cannot be resold because of reasons of hygiene or they no longer have a resale value.

After we have received the returned goods and we have been able to check them, you will be refunded as quickly as possible.
Guarantee
WWW.EUROBEBE.EU offers you a two year guarantee for any fault in the manufacturing or material which becomes apparent during normal use of the product. This guarantee does not cover any deterioration due to incorrect use or handling, or to any alteration or misuse of the product. You must inform us of your claim as soon as possible. The goods will then either be repaired, exchanged or a refund given if a repair or exchange is not possible. The cost of returning goods by standard delivery will be refunded to you.
